Job summary

The Edge Partnership, a Singapore-headquartered organisation, is seeking a senior HR leader to helm the HRBP team and report to the CHRO. You will shape the People agenda in line with business priorities and provide strategic HR guidance across all functions.

You will advise senior business leaders on progressive talent solutions to meet objectives and lead a team of HR Business Partners to ensure service delivery. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with at least 20 years solid HR experience across the full spectrum of HR
• At least 10 years in a leadership role
• Strong business acumen and proven leadership abilities
• Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Drive the People agenda in accordance with business priorities and organizational vision
• Play an advisory role to senior business leaders to develop progressive talent solutions
• Provide leadership to a team of HR Business Partners to deliver strategic HR guidance across functions
• Spearhead initiatives for employee engagement, career development, and performance management
