Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Operations Integration Director to lead execution of operations strategies in Singapore. The role is on-site and focuses on NPD supply, continuity planning, and performance governance aligned with Genomic Medicine.

It reports to VP/GM Viral Vector and drives regional and country-level operational priorities. The candidate will oversee make-or-buy decisions, footprint strategy, product transfers, and new product introductions while ensuring alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s in engineering or science with 15+ years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Periodically execute performance analysis and generate reports for leadership.
• Monitor supply performance and coordinate mitigations across regions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on business continuity and stocking strategies.
• Lead strategic operations initiatives including make-or-buy and product transfers.
• Provide data analysis to support critical customer needs and align with leadership.
