Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Regional QA Engineer for APAC based in Singapore on-site. You will drive QA and compliance for Integrated Solutions, interact with stakeholders, and ensure QMS effectiveness across projects.

The role requires 5+ years in QA within life sciences, ISO 9001/cGMP knowledge, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Travel up to 50% and English plus another language are preferred.

Qualifications

• BEng or BSc required and at least 5 years in QA.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and cGMP.
• Experience managing project teams and cross-functional work.
• Professional English plus another language (e.g., Chinese, Korean, Japanese).

Responsibilities

• Drive QA and compliance activities for APAC IS projects.
• Manage NC, CAPA, complaints, document reviews, and audits.
• Lead validation QA strategy, governance, CIP and LL.
• Support performance reviews and QA trainings.
