Job summary

Global Life Sciences Solutions Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Director of Service Innovation & Digital Technology to drive state-of-the-art service platforms and digital technology for Cytiva equipment.

You will enable faster, easier servicing through design practices, connectivity, AI and data-enabled operations across global service teams. The role focuses on developing design standards, roadmaps, and vendor strategies, while leading cross-functional groups in NPI and product care activities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent with significant experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish a continuous feedback loop with field service teams and product managers.
• Drive Design standards, SW & HW libraries and templates for easy servicing.
• Develop DFS vision and Roadmap with HW R&D, SW & Automation teams.
• Oversee Digital Technology Operations and vendor standards.
• Drive Connectivity, AI and data enablement across Cytiva Equipment Services.
• Lead remote service excellence with integrated workflows and connectivity.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure impact on value drivers and CTQs.
