Job summary

Andaz Singapore, the first Andaz hotel in Southeast Asia, seeks a director of Sales & Marketing / Executive Assistant Manager-Sales & Marketing to guide the property's commercial strategy.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role leads Sales, Events, Weddings, Revenue Management coordination, Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing to translate brand direction into integrated plans that drive revenue and market share.

Qualifications

• Substantial senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality Sales & Marketing.
• Broad commercial exposure across sales, events, revenue collaboration, marketing communications and digital channels.
• Ability to develop complex commercial plans, interpret market and financial performance, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of lifestyle positioning, customer expectations, brand standards and long-term brand equity.
• Executive presence, sound judgement, discretion and the ability to contribute to hotel-wide decisions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to engage senior leaders, owners and partners.
• Bachelor-level or executive-equivalent qualification with ability to connect market intelligence to actionable commercial plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated Sales & Marketing plan covering key segments, accounts, channels, events, weddings and communications.
• Lead commercial strategies that drive room, events and wedding revenue and market share.
• Set sales deployment, key-account development, prospecting and market coverage priorities.
• Guide Revenue Management in evaluating pace, demand patterns and pricing strategies.
• Lead Events and Weddings performance including pipeline, space utilisation and client engagement.
• Oversee integrated marketing, PR, digital, advertising and content initiatives with measurable returns.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline information and competitive intelligence.
• Manage department budget, contracts and financial controls.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing commercial team.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt policies and data controls.
