Andaz Singapore, the first Andaz hotel in Southeast Asia, invites applications for aDirector of Sales & Marketing / Executive Assistant Manager‑Sales & Marketing. Reporting to the General Manager, you will steer the hotel’s commercial strategy across sales, events, weddings, revenue management, marketing communications and digital marketing.

You will lead a high-performing team, engage with owners, partners and leadership, and translate brand direction and financial priorities into actionable

Qualificações

• Senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality Sales & Marketing.
• Broad commercial exposure across sales, events, revenue collaboration, marketing communications and digital channels.
• Ability to develop complex commercial plans and interpret market/financial performance.
• Strong understanding of lifestyle positioning, customer expectations and brand standards.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent executive experience in relevant fields.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute an integrated Sales & Marketing business plan covering key segments, accounts, channels, events, weddings and communications.
• Lead commercial strategies driving room, event and wedding revenue, market share and demand generation.
• Set sales deployment, key-account development, prospecting and market coverage priorities.
• Guide Revenue Management in evaluating pace, patterns and pricing recommendations.
• Lead Events and Weddings performance, including pipeline and revenue delivery.
• Oversee integrated marketing, PR, digital, advertising and content initiatives.
