Job summary

Pixalate, Inc. seeks a Director of FP&A to own financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for a fast-growing, multinational ad tech company.

You will build and own the financial models that inform board and lender presentations, run the annual budget and forecast cycles, and turn complex data into insights the business can act on. This role offers ownership over the FP&A function across multiple entities and currencies (US, UK/Ireland, Singapore).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in SaaS/ad tech or subscription revenue.
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with recurring revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC/LTV).
• Experience presenting to board or investors.
• Multi-entity or multinational exposure (UK/Ireland or APAC).
• Familiarity with ERP/planning tools and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Own forecast and budget processes across revenue, opex, and headcount.
• Partner with Sales, CS, and Engineering to build department budgets and track variances.
• Support board and lender reporting with KPI dashboards and cash runway modeling.
• Develop revenue models and scenario analyses, including CAC/LTV and NRR.
• Support consolidated reporting across US, UK, Ireland, and Singapore.
• Improve planning tools and data flow between accounting systems and FP&A models.
• Mentor and potentially manage FP&A staff as the team grows.
