EtonHouse International Education Group is seeking a forward-thinking IT leader to shape the school group’s digital future. You will design—or lead the design—of our SIS/LMS, CRM, data analytics, and an AI sandbox within PDPA governance.

Work with educators, operations, and Group IT to deliver bold digital initiatives, build a 3-year roadmap, prototype POCs, and ensure secure, scalable integrations across campuses.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to think strategically and craft digital strategy across enterprise/school IT.
• Experience with APIs, identity/SSO, data analytics, and AI capabilities.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional delivery in digital/tech; education sector preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set a 3-year digital roadmap and target architecture for SIS/LMS/CRM, identity, data, and APIs.
• Lead discovery and delivery of admissions, parent engagement, classroom tools, and automation.
• Prototype solutions using Python, Power BI dashboards, low-code apps, and API integrations.
• Stand up analytics foundations and an AI sandbox with human-in-the-loop controls.
• Collaborate with Group IT for secure integrations, SSO/RBAC, and PDPA compliance.
• Run RFPs/SOWs, manage SLAs, and drive change with campus digital champions.
