Job summary

Singapore Business Federation seeks a Senior Manager, Communications to steer Brand & Digital Marketing, owning the corporate site and flagship eDM program. You will drive SEO, UX, and conversion, while aligning paid channels with member engagement goals across divisions.

You will lead a team, influence senior stakeholders, and establish measurement discipline with dashboards and continuous improvement across the digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in digital marketing, eDM/lifecycle or performance marketing at an org-wide level.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with eDMs, CMS, and paid digital campaigns.
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Experience with CRM integration, segmentation, SEO and consent management is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management to influence senior leadership.
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to simplify complex information.
• Resourceful and meticulous in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisation-wide brand and digital marketing strategy, roadmap and investments.
• Oversee corporate website, content alignment and SEO/UX improvements.
• Direct end-to-end eDM strategy, segmentation and performance.
• Set and monitor performance marketing KPIs, budgets and dashboards.
• Lead cross-divisional governance and chair workgroups on best practices.
