Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in consulting/data science with at least 3 years of leadership/people management.
• Deep software data processing expertise across Python, Java, SQL, KSQL, Scala, Spark, Flink, Beam, AWS Glue, Dataflow.

Responsibilities

• Define Commercial Responsibilities with P&L accountability for the Data practice.
• Specify Operational Metrics and forecast resource utilization.
• Emphasize Cross-Functional Integration with strategy, design, and architecture teams.
• Quantify Success via KPIs: revenue growth, profitability, utilization, client satisfaction, retention.
