Job summary

Temus is a Temasek-backed consulting firm delivering digital transformation for both private and public sectors in Singapore. This leadership role focuses on solving complex AI problems, shaping technical architecture, and guiding multidisciplinary teams from idea to production.

You will work across AI, software, data and cloud engineering to design enterprise-grade AI solutions, partnering with clients to turn business challenges into scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI/ML solutions from POC through production and commercialisation.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI tooling.
• Architecting cloud-native AI and data platforms across AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Leading cross-functional teams across AI, software, data, DevOps and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML initiatives from concept to production and deployment.
• Oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams spanning AI, software, data, DevOps and architecture.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable technical outcomes.
