The role oversees warehouse operations, maintenance teams, inbound/outbound logistics, and shift planning, emphasizing ESD/MSL controls and ROI on automation investments. Strong English/Chinese communication is essential.

Formación

• 10+ years in warehouse management in electronics/semiconductor.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience with large-scale automated warehouses (AS/RS, WMS).
• In-depth knowledge of ESD precautions and MSL handling for IC/semiconductor products.
• Hands-on SAP EWM experience.
• Strong business English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee warehouse operations, automation maintenance, and inbound/outbound logistics teams.
• Manage shift planning and staff development programs.
• Ensure compliance with WSH standards and labor regulations.
• Direct operations and integration of AS/RS, AGV/AMR, and WMS systems.
• Develop long-term strategies for warehouse automation upgrades and expansions.
• Analyze inventory turnover and logistics metrics to drive cost efficiency.
