Searce is seeking a Director of Solutions Consulting - Applied AI to lead revenue growth and client engagements for AI-driven transformations. You will co-create with CxOs, design AI-enabled solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes across enterprise workflows.

Expect to architect blueprints, drive GTM initiatives, supervise cross-functional squads, and champion ethical AI deployment, aiming for tangible business value and ROI.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in business technology & outcome consulting.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end technical delivery.
• Commercial leadership with net-new services growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead domain SME work with client leadership on business process nuances.
• Lead opportunity scans and CxO workshops to uncover efficiency plays.
• Translate discovery into scalable automation roadmaps and AI architectures.
• Own revenue for AI-enabled portfolios and drive measurable outcomes.
• Publish perspectives and represent the firm as an AI partner.
