STANDARD CHARTERED BANK (SINGAPORE) LIMITED seeks a senior Structuring professional to lead FX and Interest Rates (Macro) structuring across Corporates and FI client segments in Southeast Asia and Australia. You will identify client needs, build platforms, and provide hedging, risk management, financing and yield enhancement solutions.

You will partner with Trading, Sales and Product heads to grow the regional structuring business, expand capabilities, and ensure a seamless interface to clients.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in a Structuring, Trading or Solutions Sales role
• Ability to grow regional macro structuring business with client focus
• Drive service excellence with robust product support and cross-asset guidance
• Lead deal origination and execution for complex transactions

Aufgaben

• Grow the macro structuring business regionally and ensure growth and stability
• Collaborate with product heads, sales heads and country heads to execute regional strategy
• Deliver structured products with client focus to become core bank to clients
• Support deal origination and pitch ideas to clients in the region
• Maintain strong partnerships between CIB, product, markets and sales teams
• Develop and implement new product capabilities to improve efficiency and expansion
