Job summary

AVPN Limited in Singapore seeks a Director for Knowledge Products and Impact to lead product development for AVPN's knowledge offerings, drawing on research, learning and signature events to create long-term value for members, partners and funders. You will shape data-driven knowledge products and ensure sustainable delivery.

This role requires strategic thinking, cost-awareness and the ability to manage partners, consultants and internal teams across Asia-Pacific, with oversight of impact

Qualifications

• Masters' degree in a relevant field with at least 10 years of experience in the social sector or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development for AVPN's knowledge products, leveraging research, learning and events.
• Drive revenue generation for the Knowledge and Policy portfolio from grants and other sources to meet targets.
• Oversee content curation for AVPN conferences and regional summits, ensuring coherence across the year.
• Oversee impact measurement and ESG reporting, with a consistent framework across teams.
• Ensure high standards of project execution and effective team development across stakeholders.

Education

Masters' degree with at least 10 years experience in the social sector and/or related fields
