Job summary

Allied World is seeking an AVP, IT Product to guide digital initiatives in APAC, focusing on Personal Lines, Accident & Health and SME Packages. You will design and implement web services, prototype new interfaces and drive improvements to optimize processes and user experience.

The role requires technical leadership, collaboration across teams, and a focus on scalable, reliable solutions that support company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, prototyping and building front-end services.
• Ability to lead design reviews and drive code quality.
• Experience in gathering requirements and documenting designs.
• Familiarity with application monitoring and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, build, configure and support web services and front-end apps for Allied World.
• Lead requirements gathering, design and code reviews within APAC initiatives.
• Provide production support including release and incident handling.
• Create and maintain design specs and technical documents.
