Job summary
Allied World is seeking an AVP, IT Product to guide digital initiatives in APAC, focusing on Personal Lines, Accident & Health and SME Packages. You will design and implement web services, prototype new interfaces and drive improvements to optimize processes and user experience.

Qualifications
- Experience designing, prototyping and building front-end services.
- Ability to lead design reviews and drive code quality.
- Experience in gathering requirements and documenting designs.
- Familiarity with application monitoring and production support.
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, build, configure and support web services and front-end apps for Allied World.
- Lead requirements gathering, design and code reviews within APAC initiatives.
- Provide production support including release and incident handling.
- Create and maintain design specs and technical documents.
