Job summary

NTI Nanofilm seeks a Director of Business Development, Industrial Equipment to lead the SEA and Asia sales and services performance. You will shape and execute market expansion strategies, manage a high-performing sales team, and collaborate with distributors and corporate marketing to accelerate revenue growth across advanced vacuum coating technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Material Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or similar related fields.
• 8-10 years’ experience in direct sales and/or business management with proven sales record in machinery equipment products.
• Experience in fast-paced, high growth deep technology environments or start-ups.
• Experience in budgeting and driving sales/service improvement projects.
• Experience with EMS suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• High commercial acumen with strong customer focus.
• Knowledge of international business practices and regulations is advantageous.
• Ability to understand vacuum coating technologies and sell on technical capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities and benchmark competitors.
• Aggressive in meeting sales targets and results driven.
• Confident, independent, proactive in converting prospects to sales.
• Excellent communication skills and competitive sales approach

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to Industrial Equipment BU team; accountable for sales and services performance in SEA/Asia.
• Develops and executes sales plans to meet targets and drive growth.
• Develops organic growth with existing customers and drives new markets.
• Engages with Sales Agents and Distributors.
• Prepares sales forecasts and budgets and monitors revenue.
• Leads the sales team to achieve breakthrough revenue.
• Collaborates with Corporate Marketing to promote brand and technology awareness.
