- Experience in asset or portfolio management with industrial/ commercial real estate.
- Ability to translate portfolio data into actionable strategies.
- Experience in government, statutory boards, REITs, or institutional real estate is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop asset and portfolio strategies aligned with corporate objectives and policy directions.
- Oversee portfolio performance monitoring including occupancy and income.
- Lead lifecycle management from acquisition to redevelopment with value creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to senior management.
