Job summary

BowerGroupAsia, Inc. seeks a Director for Energy, Climate & Resources (ECR) to lead the global ECR practice.

Based in Asia, you will manage client service, business development, and thought leadership across markets, reporting to the VP in Singapore or Washington, DC. You will build regional strategies, oversee client relationships, and guide teams to deliver high-impact policy and advisory services for multinational clients navigating energy transition and regulation in the Indo-Pacific and

Qualifications

• Geopolitical and regulatory knowledge in the Indo-Pacific region.
• Fluent English; proficiency in an Asian language is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree; graduate degree preferred.
• 5–10 years in government, multinationals, journalism or consulting in the ECR sector.
• Experience in energy, climate, environment, or resource policy.
• Public speaking and project presentations experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with international counterparts.
• MS Office and internet applications proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relations and internal leadership for the ECR practice.
• Develop business opportunities and engage new clients.
• Represent BGA in industry forums and events.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate regional pursuits.
