We seek an Associate Director/Director for Singapore who will lead client engagements, stakeholder mapping, and thought leadership, while mentoring the local team and expanding our Singapore footprint.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in government affairs, public policy, or regulatory advisory.
• Experience leading teams and client relationships is preferred, especially for director level.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's policy and regulatory landscape in priority sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Demonstrated ability to build senior government stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients focusing on Singapore, overseeing end-to-end delivery on public policy and regulatory issues.
• Lead client advocacy by building relationships across ministries, regulatory bodies, industry associations, media and think tanks.
• Supervise/BGA Singapore team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely client updates.
• Contribute to content and editing of research products including memos and topical updates.
• Frame and lead engagement strategies and monthly monitoring for clients.
