Job summary

IMDA, through its BizTech Group, seeks a senior communications lead to shape public engagement for emerging technologies, including robotics and autonomous systems, and to position the Punggol Digital District robotics precinct.

You will develop evidence-based narratives for policymakers and the public, manage brand identity, coordinate across agencies, and guide crisis communications with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, or marketing.
• Proven multi-agency stakeholder management and public engagement experience.
• Strong ability to translate complex emerging tech into clear messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop evidence-based narratives to drive awareness of BTG’s emerging technology work.
• Establish and manage brand identity and positioning for BTG’s portfolio, including the Punggol Digital District.
• Represent IMDA in cross-agency communications and coordinate priorities across projects.
• Lead stakeholder management and communications coordination for BTG initiatives.
• Identify digital channels to maximise reach and drive public engagement strategies.
• Monitor sentiment and provide data-driven counsel to senior leadership, including crisis responses.
