Qualifications

• At least 10–12 years of relevant experience in industry development, digital economy sectors, innovation ecosystems, or related fields.
• Experience working with government agencies, industry partners and research institutions.
• Strong strategic thinking and project management capabilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth, positioning, and enterprise attraction for Singapore’s next-generation digital economy clusters.
• Develop AI strategy and sector development initiatives with ecosystem partners.
• Foster innovation infrastructure and spaces for frontier technologies such as AI, robotics and drones.
• Engage industry partners to attract high-value enterprises and investments.
• Collaborate with government agencies and researchers to advance digital economy clusters.
