Job summary

Singlife is a leading homegrown financial services company in Singapore, delivering technology-enabled insurance and financial solutions. We are seeking a BI, Data Analytics professional to deliver accurate reports, dashboards, and data feeds to stakeholders.

You will leverage Qlik and Power BI to provide actionable insights on performance, distribution, and processes, while ensuring data integrity and governance.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of BI, reporting, data analytics, or financial services ops experience.
• Strong proficiency in Qlik Sense/QlikView, Power BI, or equivalent visualization tools.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and automation.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and reporting automation.
• Experience with large datasets, SQL databases, and data extraction/manipulation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, timely management reports, dashboards, and data feeds for internal and external stakeholders.
• Leverage BI platforms (Qlik, Power BI) to provide insights on performance and distribution effectiveness.
• Manage end-to-end reporting processes ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Support regulatory and management reporting with governance standards and compliance.
• Identify data quality issues and drive remediation and long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to enhance reporting frameworks and data accessibility.
• Streamline and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Translate complex data into clear visualizations to support senior management decisions.
