Job summary

Singlife, a leading Singapore-based financial services company, is seeking a seasoned data professional to join its data analytics team. You will support the Head of Data and business units with reporting, dashboards, and data quality across trading-related data.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of analytics experience, strong SQL, Python, Excel, and Qlik, and can translate complex insights into actionable business decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL is mandatory, proficiency in Python is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (preferably Qlik).
• Experience in using GenAI tools or AI agents for coding purposes or data analysis is preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex results into understandable and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Daily and month reporting of business metrics to key stakeholders and senior management
• Create visually appealing and insightful data visualizations to communicate complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform statistical and performance-related analysis with validation checks.
• Provide ad-hoc data pulls for various business units.
• Ensure accuracy and validation of campaign tracking and campaign fulfillment
• Document methodologies, procedures, and findings in a clear and concise manner to ensure knowledge sharing and maintain accurate records.
• Data migration on advisors, clients and trade data across trading platforms.
