Job summary

Infineon Technologies in Singapore seeks a visionary Digital Procurement Team Lead to shape and deliver the digital procurement strategy across global operations. You drive AI-enabled value, lead a global team and manage external partners to ensure secure, responsible AI adoption and measurable performance.

You will translate business needs into digital products, identify high-value AI use cases, and define a compelling digital strategy that accelerates transformation while fostering inclusion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field; Master’s/MBA (or equivalent) preferred.
• 10+ years in Digital Procurement/Supply Chain, digital transformation, Process Excellence, consulting, or technology-enabled transformation with exposure to global/regional operating models; semiconductor knowledge is a plus.
• Strong project management experience leading worldwide cross-functional teams (certification a plus).
• Proven digital mindset with implementation track record in innovative/digital solutions and AI solutions.
