Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Singapore seeks a Digital Procurement Team Lead to shape strategy, drive digital initiatives, and lead a global team. You will translate business needs into digital products, manage AI adoption, and measure value delivery with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes a strong digital mindset, cross-functional leadership, and governance across the procurement and technology ecosystem to enable sustainable performance and decarbonization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Master’s/MBA (or equivalent) preferred.
• 10+ years in Digital Procurement/Supply Chain, digital transformation, Process Excellence, consulting, or technology-enabled transformation with exposure to global/regional operating models; semiconductor knowledge is a plus.
• Strong project management experience leading worldwide cross-functional teams (certification a plus).
