Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations Management, Business Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in data center operations and mission-critical environments.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams across sites.
• Experience building leaders and high-performing teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting, capital investments, forecasting, and planning.
• Deep technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, cooling, and power systems.
• Experience managing customer-facing operations in highly available environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop managers and operational teams across multiple sites.
• Foster accountability, inclusion, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and financial management.
• Partner with commercial, operational, and executive stakeholders to support growth.
• Drive infrastructure lifecycle planning, capacity management, and readiness.
• Support facility expansions and modernization efforts, including emerging technologies.
