  • Responsibility: We do what’s right for our people and the planet.
What we need:

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, The Director, Compensation and Benefits owns the analytical foundation behind how Digital Edge pays, grades and rewards its people on a global basis. It covers salary benchmarking, total target compensation analysis, job evaluation and job architecture, and the governance around the annual compensation cycle. This is a hands‑on analytical role, requiring someone who can build the models, interrogate the data and translate the output into recommendations that leadership can act on.

This role will be based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct salary benchmarking globally, building and maintaining reliable comparator sets by role, level and country.
  • Produce total target compensation analysis across base, bonus and cash incentives, in local currency and on a comparable global basis.
  • Conduct market compensation reviews and provide insights on pay competitiveness.
  • Support job evaluation, grading and job architecture reviews, applying a consistent methodology across countries and functions.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to ensure roles are levelled correctly before going to market.
  • Develop compensation models and business cases to support talent and workforce decisions, including scenario and cost modelling.
  • Support analysis of long term incentive and carried interest structures, working with Finance and external advisors on mechanics, valuation and participant communication.
  • Analyse compensation data, trends and internal equity considerations, surfacing anomalies and retention risk.
  • Prepare compensation reports, presentations and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Support the annual compensation review process and related governance activities.
  • Manage relationships with third party advisors for compensation and insurance advisory services.
  • Maintain compensation data within SuccessFactors and supporting systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency and auditability.

Actively champion and implement the organization’s policies on health & safety, environment, energy, quality, information security, and business continuity, ensuring adherence to incident reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate:
  • Experience: 6-10 years in compensation and benefits, reward or a comparable analytical role within a multi-country organisation, including supporting an annual compensation cycle end to end. Exposure to private equity backed, high-growth or infrastructure environments is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Technical skills: Advanced Excel, reporting and data analysis. Strong understanding of job architecture methodologies and salary benchmarking frameworks. Familiarity with carried interest and LTIP models. Previous experience working with third party advisors for insurance and compensation advisory services.
  • Specific people skills: High level of attention to detail, discretion and the ability to manage confidential information. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Able to communicate complex compensation concepts clearly to stakeholders who are not compensation specialists, and to work across multiple markets, currencies and stakeholders simultaneously.
