Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking an Associate Director/Director, Commercial Excellence & Insights, JAPAC. This regional leadership role drives commercial insights, analytics and sales force effectiveness across JAPAC, partnering with regional and local teams to enable data-driven decision making and improved commercial execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of regional Commercial Insights & Analytics capabilities across JAPAC.
• Own KPI definitions, dashboards and executive reporting.
• Drive SFE frameworks: segmentation, territory, call planning, and CRM optimization.
• Support forecasting, scenario planning and portfolio decisions.
• Collaborate with local markets, commercial operations, marketing, medical, market access and finance.
