Job summary
BeOne seeks an Associate Director/Director, Commercial Excellence & Insights, JAPAC, to lead regional analytics, market intelligence and SFE initiatives. You will partner with regional and local teams to drive data-driven decisions, optimize performance, and enable scalable commercial insights across JAPAC markets.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with MBA preferred, and experience in oncology/pharma.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field is required.
- MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience in oncology, specialty care or innovative medicines is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder-management capabilities are essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional Commercial Insights & Analytics capabilities for JAPAC.
- Synthesize market intelligence and analytics to drive commercial performance.
- Develop KPI definitions, dashboards, and reporting standards.
- Support forecasting, scenario planning and portfolio decisions.
- Improve field force effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with regional and local teams to standardize insights.
- Provide governance for incentive and sales analytics when needed.
