BeOne Medicines Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Associate Director, Market Access & Pricing to drive regional pricing governance and launch readiness across JAPAC.

You will partner with GVAP leaders, affiliate teams and Global Pricing to develop evidence-based pricing strategies and ensure compliant, auditable decisions. The role focuses ~60% on regional pricing execution and governance and ~40% on launch readiness, tracking and access operations, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health economics, pharmacy, health policy, business, or related field; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in biopharma with market access, pricing and reimbursement, or MSc with 6+ years.
• Experience in country/regional market access, reimbursement, pricing, or HTA functions.
• Analytical skills: market dynamics, health policy interpretation, cross-country project management.
• Pricing/market access strategy for oncology products, with launch readiness.
• Knowledge of reimbursement processes in JAPAC markets (Australia, Korea, Singapore, Japan).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Aufgaben

• Support regional pricing execution and governance with affiliates and global pricing teams.
• Prepare pricing components for governance, including analyses and documentation.
• Develop evidence-based pricing analyses and regional recommendations.
• Maintain pricing strategy references and ensure auditability in systems.
• Provide input to payer engagements while GVAP Region Lead manages regional strategy.
• Create region-specific pricing tools and research in alignment with global strategy.
• Track negotiations, access status and reimbursement pull-through for the region.
• Assist with HEOR inputs and monthly access reporting for JAPAC.
