• Establish a strong leadership brand by inspiring others through passion, integrity, and appreciation.

• Build lasting relationships across a diverse network between partners, directors, managers and consultants as well as stakeholders & clients.
• Formulate effective sales & business development strategies into a compelling team vision.
• Engage directly with high profile banking clients on their most important and challenging issues including defining the technology strategy, architecture and operating model for incumbent banks looking to transform themselves or neo banks, running the technology work stream for a large M&A program or developing a cloud transformation roadmap.
• Defining banking strategy and work with our clients as trusted advisors throughout their journey.
• Work with cross functional teams to shape up and deliver new opportunities.
• Ensure actual implementation for strategies and projects with clients.
• Collaborate with our global firm network to deliver cutting-edge technology projects for clients within the banking industry.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related studies.
• Over 10 years of work experience in the banking industry.**At least 2 years in senior management position.
• A mixed management consulting & industry background.
• Strong expertise in Finance Service Delivery, Finance Operations, FP&A, Finance Strategy or EPM. Past experiences may have included but not limited to:
  • Advised CFOs on Finance transformation, process improvements, financial planning redesign, service delivery model design and implementation, and other critical elements of the Finance function.
  • Developed a vision for the Finance organisation and realizing the vision through large scale transformations encompassing finance process redesign, service delivery model development, and technology implementations.
  • Experience with Finance in a Digital world technologies such as process automation through robotics, predictive analytics, and visualisation, etc.
  • Budgetary projects or resources.
• Certified Chartered Accountant is preferred.
• Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources.
• Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, showcasing executive presence with demonstrated ability to manage senior client stakeholders i.e. CXOs.
• Excellent written and spoken English (TOEIC 800, IELTS 6.5)
• A fit to consulting lifestyle and ability to travel within the region.
