Job summary

The National University of Singapore College seeks an experienced admissions and outreach professional to support outreach, admissions, and student engagement, representing NUS College at events and in collaboration with the Office of Admissions and partner faculties.

This role drives key outreach programmes, coordinates admissions operations, tracks performance metrics, and oversees student ambassadors and interview processes to enable timely and accurate admissions decisions.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a lead role in events management.

Responsibilities

• Outreach strategy and admissions alignment.
• Admissions engagement & conversion through events and campaigns.
• Student ambassador leadership including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• End-to-end planning and execution of outreach and admissions events with on-site leadership.
• Track outreach effectiveness and translate insights into continuous improvements.
