Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to manage end-to-end IT service operations and provide Level 2 support for M365-related issues. The role involves diagnosing and resolving incidents to minimize business downtime and administering desktop tools for endpoint security and device provisioning.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience with M365/O365, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Microsoft Intune, with SharePoint Online experience.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in M365 / O365.
• Proven track record in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Microsoft Intune, SharePoint Online is required for this role.
• Exposure to Microsoft Defender will be of added advantage.

Responsibilities
