Job summary

Randstad Singapore seeks a strategic professional to drive operational optimization, BPR, and digital strategy across enterprise functions. You will lead end-to-end initiatives and partner with IT to align roadmaps with automation and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

Identify structural process gaps using operational data and implement scalable, tech-driven solutions.

Requirements

Industry Background: Experience in insurance, financial services, or healthcare is strongly preferred.

IT & Process Expertise: Proven background working within or alongside an IT department to deliver technology-enabled process optimization.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Track record of planning and executing initiatives spanning multiple business units.

Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to influence, align, and direct multi-level stakeholders across an organization.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt / Black Belt) or equivalent process improvement accreditation.

Hands-on experience integrating data analytics or AI tools into enterprise workflows.
