Job summary

JEET ANALYTICS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced software and applications manager to drive enterprise technology transformation and application implementation initiatives across digital banking, data and AI, finance, regulatory reporting, and risk functions.

You will provide technical and program leadership across the full implementation lifecycle, including solution design, delivery, migration, testing, deployment, governance, and continuous improvement.

• Manage end-to-end implementation activities: planning, design, migration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Define solutions and delivery priorities with senior stakeholders; establish governance and RAID management.

We are seeking an experienced software and applications manager to lead enterprise technology transformation and application implementation initiatives across digital banking, data and AI, finance, regulatory reporting, and risk functions.

The role will provide technical and program leadership across the full implementation lifecycle, including solution design, delivery, migration, testing, deployment, governance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology transformation and application implementation programs.
• Oversee the design, development, integration, and implementation of technology solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across Data, AI, Digital Banking, Finance, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end implementation activities covering planning, solution design, migration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Work with senior business, technology, and architecture stakeholders to define solutions and delivery priorities.
• Establish program governance, RAID management, executive reporting, and steering committee processes.
• Manage technology vendors, partners, budgets, and delivery resources.
• Lead proof-of-concepts, technology evaluations, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Oversee application performance, quality, risk, and delivery standards.
• Drive adoption of enterprise data and analytics platforms and technology solutions.
• Manage resource and capacity planning across local and regional teams.
• Identify opportunities for technology optimization, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
• Ensure appropriate technology, security, risk, and governance considerations are incorporated into solution delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in enterprise technology transformation and application delivery.
• Strong experience in digital banking, financial services, or banking technology.
• Experience managing large-scale technology programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of data & AI platforms, analytics, and enterprise technology.
• Experience across solution design, implementation, migration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with senior business and technology leadership.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and resource planning.
• Strong understanding of technology governance, risk, and change management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
