Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a pragmatic Digitalisation Executive in Singapore to map and optimise workflows, coordinate with software developers, and test new digital systems. Ideal candidates have a Diploma/Degree in a relevant field and 1–3 years of experience, with comfort in Microsoft Office and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, Business Analytics or related fields.
• 1–3 years of working experience preferred; fresh graduates may apply.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Experience with AI tools, Power Automate, Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document existing work processes.
• Identify manual, repetitive or inefficient tasks.
• Suggest simple ways to improve or digitalise these processes.
• Gather requirements from staff and communicate them to developers.
• Follow up with developers on system improvements and outstanding issues.
• Carry out UAT and system testing.
• Record bugs and ensure issues are properly resolved.
• Explore AI, automation and no-code tools that may help the business.
• Prepare simple digital forms, trackers, reports or workflows.
• Help staff learn and use new systems.

About the role

The company is a growing marine transport and logistics company undergoing digitalisation to improve efficiency, reduce manual work and strengthen operational processes. We are looking for a practical and resourceful Digitalisation Executive to support the Company in improving existing workflows, coordinating with software developers, testing new systems and exploring simple digital and AI tools that can make work easier and more efficient. This is not a software developer role. The successful candidate should be comfortable learning how different departments work, identifying areas that can be improved and helping to implement practical digital solutions.
