Loving Heart Multi-Service Centre is seeking an IT-supported professional to lead digital communications, data governance, and IT operations across the organisation. The role focuses on safeguarding PDPA compliance, managing enterprise systems, and driving digital transformation for staff and volunteers.

The incumbent will contribute to data protection, system rollout, and cross-department coordination, ensuring governance and security across services and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, CS, or related discipline.
• Understanding of data privacy principles (e.g., PDPA).
• Hands-on familiarity with enterprise system implementations and stakeholder management.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage digital branding and online presence.
• Serve as Assistant Data Protection Officer and support data governance.
• Develop and maintain digital transformation roadmap and IT operations.
• Create digital training materials and support onboarding of staff and volunteers.
