Job summary

SCIENTE in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives in a highly regulated environment. You will drive end-to-end BA activities from solution design through testing, implementation, and post-go-live support, coordinating with business, IT, compliance, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years as Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and create functional docs.
• Experience supporting SIT/UAT, defects, and implementation.
• Experience with regulated environments and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and translate business and regulatory requirements into specs.
• Drive end-to-end BA activities across design, testing, and deployment.
• Facilitate workshops with business, compliance, IT, and vendors.
• Maintain traceability and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Support evaluation, vendor coordination, and solution assessment.
• Define SIT/UAT activities, defect tracking, and resolution.
• Support readiness and post-deployment validation.
• Act as bridge between business, compliance, vendors, and tech teams.
