Job summary

You will partner with AI engineers and vendors, manage backlog and UAT, apply Lean Six Sigma, and ensure measurable business outcomes through disciplined governance and change management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Business Analysis or digital transformation.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects from discovery through implementation.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities to understand processes and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate delivery across initiatives and manage scope, dependencies, risks, timelines.
• Develop requirements, user stories, and process maps.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure adoption and measure benefits post-implementation.
