Job summary

AMG-ASIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Digital Business & Technology Supervisor – Solutions to lead day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement of Oracle NetSuite, PTC FlexPLM, Power BI and related applications.

You will supervise the Solutions team, align requirements with business needs, manage vendors, and ensure governance, data quality and reliable system performance across ERP, PLM and BI platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5–8 years supporting enterprise business applications (ERP/PLM/BI).
• Experience leading application support teams and collaborating with external partners.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite, PTC FlexPLM and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Solutions team members across ERP, PLM, BI and related apps.
• Manage demand, priorities, incidents and project deliveries with governance.
• Engage stakeholders and external partners to deliver aligned solutions.
• Ensure data governance, security, testing and post-implementation validation.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement across the solutions portfolio.
