Job summary

LANDI Global is seeking a Digital Specialist to lead discovery, design, delivery and lifecycle management of digital solutions across the group. You will own Power BI reporting and dashboards, workflow redesign and automation, and experiment with company-approved AI capabilities.

The role blends business analysis, data visualization and low-code development with governance, testing and benefits tracking. You will collaborate with data owners, IT specialists and cybersecurity for privacy and

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field.
At least 4 years delivering BI, workflow, automation or digital transformation solutions.
Experience taking solutions from discovery through build, testing, launch, adoption and value measurement.

Responsibilities

Digital Demand, Discovery and Portfolio Management: run structured discovery with business teams to define problems, data, controls and outcomes.
Power BI Reports and Dashboards: design and maintain datasets, models and dashboards with governance.
Workflow and Low-Code Automation: map workflows and build solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft 365.
AI Innovation and Responsible Adoption: identify AI opportunities with risk, data privacy and security controls.
Delivery, Testing, Change and Adoption: define requirements, acceptance criteria, test plans and release evidence.
Governance, Documentation and Support: maintain report catalog, ownership and runbooks.
