Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking a Digital Specialist to lead discovery, design, delivery and lifecycle management of digital solutions across the group. The role owns Power BI reporting and dashboards, workflow redesign and automation, and responsible experimentation with company-approved artificial intelligence capabilities.

The role is a hands-on product and delivery role combining business analysis, data visualisation, low-code development, solution governance, testing, change management and benefits

Qualifications

• Experience designing Power BI datasets and dashboards.
• Experience leading discovery and portfolio management for digital solutions.
• Familiarity with Power Automate/Power Apps or similar low-code platforms.
• Ability to work with data owners, governance and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Run structured discovery with business teams to define problems, processes, data, controls and outcomes.
• Design and maintain Power BI datasets, semantic models, reports and dashboards.
• Map and implement workflows and automation using Power Automate, Power Apps or equivalent.
