Job summary

The LTA Land Transport Authority is seeking a Digital Solutions & Data Analyst in Quality Service Planning in Singapore. You will turn data into actionable insights, develop dashboards, and shape next-generation customer service and feedback systems.

You will collaborate across QSP and IT to translate business needs into practical digital solutions. Ideal candidates are analytical, curious and collaborative, with experience in data analytics, system implementation and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in systems, data analytics, digital solutions or process improvement addressing business needs.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience with system implementation, requirements gathering, testing, and data analytics or visualization would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools, such as Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.
• Exposure to SQL, programming, scripting, low-code tools or similar technologies would be an advantage.
• A keen interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies, with willingness to learn.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills across teams and external partners.
• A curious, adaptable and collaborative mindset with initiative to drive work through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Shape and improve digital solutions, including our next-generation customer service and feedback management system.
• Translate business needs into practical system, data and digital solutions with IT teams and partners.
• Learn and use new platforms and capabilities to enhance workflows and user experience.
• Work with operational data to identify trends and insights for better decision-making.
• Develop dashboards, reports and data solutions to improve information accessibility.
• Explore AI, automation and emerging tech to solve business problems and boost productivity.
• Participate in cross-team initiatives to develop solutions and improve processes.
• Support testing, implementation and continuous improvement of solutions.
