Job summary

Land Transport Authority in Singapore seeks a Digital Solutions & Data Analyst in Quality Service Planning to shape how digital solutions and data improve service quality and customer outcomes. You will work across QSP and IT teams to translate business needs into practical data and digital solutions, develop dashboards and insights, and explore AI and automation to enhance workflows and decision‑making.

Qualifications

Knowledge in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in systems, data analytics, digital solutions or process improvement.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to understand business needs.
Experience or exposure to system implementation, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, process improvement, data analytics or visualisation would be advantageous.
Familiarity with data visualisation and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Shape and improve digital solutions, including our customer service and feedback management system.
Translate business needs into practical system, data and digital solutions with IT and business partners.
Develop and enhance dashboards, reports and other data solutions to improve accessibility and usefulness of information.
Identify trends and generate insights from operational data to support better decision-making.
Explore AI, automation and emerging technologies to solve business problems and improve productivity.
