Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore seeks a Digital Solutions & Data Analyst in Quality Service Planning. You will shape digital solutions and data-driven improvements to enhance customer outcomes, working at the intersection of business, systems and data.

You will collaborate with QSP, IT, and partners to translate business needs into practical system and data solutions, build dashboards, and explore AI and automation to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in systems, data analytics, digital solutions or process improvement.
• Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.
• Exposure to SQL, programming, scripting, low-code tools or similar technologies.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement across teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Shape and improve digital solutions within the Quality Service Planning domain.
• Translate business needs into practical system, data and digital solutions.
• Learn and use new platforms, tools and capabilities to enhance workflows.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reports and data solutions for accessible information.
• Explore and apply AI, automation and emerging technologies to solve business problems.
• Support cross-team and cross-divisional initiatives to deliver shared outcomes.
• Assist in testing, implementation and continuous improvement of solutions.
