Public Service Division seeks a Digital Solutions & Data Analyst, Quality Service Planning to help shape data-driven digital solutions and customer service improvements. You will work at the intersection of business, systems and data, turning ideas into practical systems and insights.

You will collaborate with QSP and IT teams to understand needs, explore possibilities and implement improvements, including dashboards and analytics, while applying AI and automation where appropriate.

Formación

• Knowledge in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Experience in systems, data analytics, digital solutions or process improvement.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI/Tableau.
• Exposure to SQL, programming, scripting or low-code tools.
• Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Solve problems by working with systems and data and turning ideas into practical solutions.
• Collaborate with QSP and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reports and data solutions for accessibility and insights.
• Explore AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve productivity and services.
• Support testing, implementation and continuous improvement of digital solutions.
