Job summary

Citi in Singapore seeks a Digital Software Engineering Technical Lead Analyst (Vice President) to manage a professional team and deliver high-quality software. You will set standards, guide others, and ensure delivery aligned with Citi's risk and regulatory requirements.

You will design, build, and deploy software components, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate across functions to drive operational excellence in cloud-native environments.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Apps Development or enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on Java and Angular for API design and development.
• Expertise across cloud platforms (AWS, PCF, Akamai) and modern patterns.
• Lead resources as an SME with algorithms, data structures, distributed systems.
• Knowledge of NGA tech and automation of code quality, performance, testing and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy software components; solve complex problems with quality results.
• Apply development approaches and standards; ensure secure, testable code.
• Provide rapid, constructive code reviews and mentoring to team members.
• Drive operational excellence and improvements to development/testing processes.
