Job summary

Citi Singapore seeks a Digital Software Engineering Technical Lead Analyst (Vice President) to lead a high-performing engineering team, deliver complex software, and uphold quality, security and performance standards. Apply deep Java and Angular expertise, design scalable APIs, and champion cloud platforms (AWS, PCF).

Mentor staff, plan resources, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve Citi's objectives.

Qualifications

6-10 years of Apps Development or Enterprise Architecture experience.
Strong hands-on Java and Angular for API design and development.
Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, PCF) and modern CI/CD practices.
Knowledge of algorithms, distributed systems and scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and deploy software components with high quality and security.
