• Proven track record delivering measurable recruitment outcomes.
• Experience managing digital platforms, CRM, analytics and tech-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital recruitment and activation strategies for the Singapore domestic market.
• Develop and optimize digital engagement initiatives to attract and convert prospective students.
• Manage digital recruitment platforms, CRM systems and technology-enabled solutions.
• Analyse recruitment data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Support budget planning and optimization for the regional Singapore activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with EduTrust requirements and advertising guidelines.
• Contribute to digital transformation of the student recruitment portfolio.
